Dessert-inspired body care sold on real reviews
Si Zucchero makes gourmet-inspired body care: body polish buffs, jelly and whipped soap cleansers, lip balms and moisturizers named after desserts. It moved its reviews to Quoli and keeps them in front of shoppers choosing a scrub by texture and scent.
Texture and scent you cannot test online
Body care sells on feel. A shopper choosing a scrub wants to know how gritty it is, how it smells after the shower and whether it is gentle enough to use every week, and a photo of a jar answers none of that.
Si Zucchero's products are named and scented like desserts, which makes them memorable and makes shoppers curious about what they are actually like to use. Its reviews sat in a previous app, and the move to Quoli had to keep them while putting them where shoppers decide.
Body care reviews that kept their history
How a dessert-inspired brand switched without losing its proof.
Scrub and cleanser reviews carried over
Reviews from the previous app moved to Quoli with their photos, so every scrub and cleanser kept its proof from the first day. Imported reviews still make up most of the total.
Email and on-site review requests
Review requests go out by email after each order, and an on-site form lets customers leave a review straight from the store. The two bring in new reviews in about equal measure.
Reviews where the choice is made
The reviews widget on each product page and a review popup carry nearly all of the engagement, with star ratings under product titles alongside them.
Skin type and usage questions
Questions sit next to reviews on every product page, so shoppers can ask about skin type, scent and how often to use a product before they buy.
Reviews that sell the texture
Si Zucchero's product pages carry every review it has collected, and shoppers click into them constantly, mostly through the product page widget and the review popup. For a scrub or a cleanser, a line from someone who has used it says more than any product photo.
Quoli attributes 2.6K+ orders to the program. Almost all of them are assisted attribution: orders from shoppers who engaged with reviews before buying.
