Do integrations cost extra?
No. They come with your Quoli plan, the free forever plan included. Google Shopping and Meta catalog ratings need Growth and up, and partner apps like Klaviyo or AfterShip have their own plans.
Where do I connect an integration?
In the Quoli admin, under Settings and then Integrations. Each app's card has its setup steps or a link to install it.
When do star ratings show on Google?
Once Google approves your Merchant Center account for product ratings. The setup steps in Quoli link to Google's interest form.
Why does Meta show the rating as text?
Meta has no star ratings for catalog ads. Quoli adds each product's rating to a label column in your catalog, and your ads show it as text.
Is there an API or webhooks?
Not yet. Shopify Flow covers new reviews, published reviews and new questions, and custom integrations come with the Unlimited plan.
Can I send review requests on WhatsApp?
Yes, through Dondy, WhatFlow or Intellexal Solutions (ITS). Native WhatsApp requests in Quoli are coming soon.
