When does the first request go out?
After purchase, fulfillment or delivery, with a delay you choose in Collect & publish. A reminder goes out only if no review has come in.
Can emails come from my own address?
Yes. On Starter and up, connect a branded sender so review emails come from your own domain.
Which language are emails sent in?
Choose the default language for review requests and follow-up emails in Settings.
Can I stop emails to certain addresses?
Yes. Add wholesale buyers, test accounts or anyone who asked to opt out to the email blocklist.
