Pricing questions
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
The plan's monthly price starts on your store's bill. Move to Free before the trial ends and you aren't charged. Everything you collected stays either way.
Can I switch plans up or down at any time?
Yes. A change between paid plans takes effect as soon as you confirm it, and moving to a cheaper plan comes with a prorated credit. Moving to Free takes effect right away. No fees and no notice period.
What counts toward my plan's limit?
Review requests. Each request Quoli sends, automatic or manual, uses one from your monthly allowance, and the count starts over with each billing period. Reviews left on your site, store reviews and imported reviews don't count.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Review requests pause until your next billing period or until you upgrade, and you're never charged for going over. Your widgets and on-site reviews keep working.
What happens to my reviews on a lower plan?
They stay, and your widgets keep showing them. Features above the new plan pause, such as AI summaries or nuggets, and come back when you upgrade again.
Is moving from another review app free?
Yes, on every paid plan. Our team moves your reviews with their photos and videos. On any plan you can also import reviews yourself.
Which plan do I need for AI?
Growth includes AI review summaries and sentiment analysis. Advanced adds AI replies and answers in your brand voice, the insights agent, confidence moderation and attribute extraction, plus ad and nugget suggestions.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No contracts, no notice period and no cancellation fees. Move to Free and billing stops right away. Every review you collected stays yours.
