What happens after the 14-day trial on a paid plan?
Your store stays on the plan you trialed at the published price. Cancel any time before the trial ends and we'll move you to Free with everything you collected preserved. No card-on-file gotchas, no auto-upgrade tricks.
Can I switch plans up or down at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep what you've paid for. No fees, no notice period.
What counts as a monthly order?
Any Shopify order processed during the calendar month, including orders that don't generate a review request. You can exclude order tags (subscription renewals, B2B) from the count in settings if you don't want review requests sent for them.
What if I exceed my plan's order limit?
We'll email you when you hit 80% and again at 100%. You can upgrade in one click, or stay on your current plan. Excess orders never get charged silently. Review requests pause at the limit until you upgrade or the next month resets.
Is migration from Loox, Judge.me, Yotpo, etc. really free?
Yes, on every paid plan. Our team handles export, import with verified-buyer flags, photo and video preservation, and 301 redirects. Most stores migrate in 1-2 days with zero data loss. See every comparison.
Do I need the Unlimited plan to get AI?
AI summaries, sentiment, and translations ship on Growth and up. Brand-trained AI Replies (where the model trains on your reviews, FAQs, and brand voice) is Unlimited only. The brand-tuning is what makes the drafts read like you wrote them.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No contracts, no notice period, no cancellation fees. Cancel from inside the admin and your store moves to Free at the next billing date. Every review you collected stays yours.
