Connect it in four stepsIn Quoli under Settings, then Integrations, then Delivery.
Copy your Quoli address from the AfterShip card in Quoli.
In AfterShip, open Settings, then Notifications, then Webhooks, and add the address as a webhook URL on the latest version.
Select the Delivered event and save. The card in Quoli then shows Connected.
In Quoli, open Collect and publish and set Start after to After delivery.
Review requests timed to delivery
AfterShip tells Quoli when each parcel is delivered, so the review request waits until the box arrives.
- Requests go out after delivery, plus any delay you set in Quoli
- Orders AfterShip never marks delivered are asked 30 days after their last update
- To stop, delete the webhook in AfterShip and requests follow your usual timing again
What you need: an AfterShip plan with webhooks (Premium or higher).
