Two things make it different from a typical review aggregator. First, every review in the Directory is verified: it was written by a real customer of a real store, captured through the same purchase-linked review flow merchants use on their own product pages. Second, there are no paid placements anywhere. Rankings are derived from the data itself, not from who paid.
