Meet Quoli Intelligence: AI that reads, replies to, and answers from your reviews

Quoli Intelligence is the AI layer being built into the new Quoli. It reads every review on your store, distills the themes shoppers care about, drafts on-brand replies, answers shopper questions from your own review data, moderates spam before it publishes, and lets you ask your review corpus plain-language questions.

This post is a first look at the five things Quoli Intelligence does, with the actual interfaces shipping in the new app.

What is Quoli Intelligence?#

Quoli Intelligence (QI for short) is an AI layer that sits on top of every review collected by Quoli. It is not a chatbot bolted onto the side of the dashboard. It is woven into the parts of running a reviews program that are the most operational: summarizing what shoppers say, replying to reviews, answering pre-purchase questions, and keeping spam out of the queue.

Every output QI produces is grounded in your own reviews and your own product data. It does not invent details that are not in the underlying content, and every reply or answer can be edited or rejected before it publishes.

How does QI summarize reviews?#

QI Summaries condense every review on a product into one short paragraph that captures the dominant themes, plus an overall sentiment breakdown. The summary appears on the product page so shoppers get the gist in seconds, and it refreshes as new reviews come in.

QI Summary widget on a product page: 'Everyday Linen Shirt , 4.6 from 318 reviews. Shoppers love the relaxed fit, the linen quality, and how fast it ships. A few suggest sizing up for a roomier look.' Sentiment bar showing 84% positive, 11% neutral, 5% negative.

Two things matter about how this is built. First, the summary is bounded by the actual review content: if no one mentioned shipping, the summary will not claim shipping is great. Second, sentiment is computed across the full review corpus for that product, not sampled, so the percentages reflect the real distribution.

How does QI draft replies to reviews?#

QI Replies drafts an on-brand response to every review that comes in, written in your tone. You read it, tweak the wording if you want, and publish in one click. The pile of unanswered reviews finally goes to zero.

QI Reply draft animation: a 5-star review from 'Sarah R.' reading 'Runs a little small so size up, but the fabric quality is genuinely amazing. Third order this year and still obsessed.' QI generates a reply in brand voice: 'Thank you so much, Sarah! We are thrilled the quality keeps you coming back. Great call on sizing up too, we have flagged it so other shoppers know. See you on order four.' with Publish, Edit, and Regenerate buttons.

QI learns your voice from your existing replies and brand guidelines, so drafts stop sounding like generic customer-service templates after the first dozen reviews. Nothing publishes without your approval; this is a draft surface, not an autopilot.

How does QI answer pre-purchase questions?#

QI Answers handles shopper questions on the product page. When someone posts a question, QI drafts an answer using your existing reviews and product details. You approve it, and it posts in seconds.

QI Answer draft animation: a shopper 'Dana M.' asks 'Does this shrink after washing?' QI drafts the answer from prior reviews: 'Not at all. Reviewers consistently say it keeps its shape and color after many washes. To be safe, a few machine wash cold and lay it flat to dry.' with Publish, Edit, and Regenerate buttons.

Because the answer is grounded in your own review corpus, the responses are consistent with what real customers have said about the product. No marketing language, no upselling, no inventions. If five reviewers said something runs small, the answer says it runs small.

How does smart moderation work?#

QI reads every incoming review and publishes the ones it trusts. Spam, junk, off-topic posts, and obvious link-bait never reach your storefront. You can stop hand-checking the queue every day.

QI Smart Moderation panel: two legitimate reviews from 'Mia T.' ('Absolutely love these, shipped so fast.') and 'Jordan K.' ('Great quality and true to size.') marked Published, while a spam entry 'BEST CHEAP WATCHES >> bit.ly/x9z2' from 'winner_2026' is automatically Hidden as spam.

Every moderation decision is auditable. You can open any review and see whether QI published it, held it, or hid it as spam, and override the call if you disagree.

What can I ask QI about my reviews?#

Ask QI is a plain-language interface to your full review history. Type a question like "what do customers say about sizing?" and QI answers from your own reviews, with the number of mentions backing the answer.

Ask QI panel animation: a user types 'What do customers say about sizing?' and QI responds: 'Most customers say it runs a little small, especially the linen styles. 38 reviews mention sizing up, and fit is the top theme overall. Based on 38 reviews.'

This is the kind of question you would normally answer with a spreadsheet export, three filters, and an hour. QI returns the answer in a sentence, with the count of reviews backing it so you can verify the signal before acting on it.

Why this pairs with the Reviews Directory#

Quoli Intelligence is built on the same review corpus that powers the Quoli Reviews Directory. Better reviews lead to richer summaries, more accurate answers, sharper sentiment, and a stronger profile in the Directory. The two pieces compound: cleaner data feeds cleaner AI feeds a cleaner public profile.

Frequently asked questions#

Is Quoli Intelligence available now?

QI ships with Quoli v2, the next major release. The capabilities above are the first reveal. To be among the first stores to see it on your data, book a walkthrough and we will get you on the early-access list.

Does QI publish anything without my approval?

Smart Moderation publishes clean reviews and blocks spam by default; you can adjust that threshold or require manual approval if you prefer. Replies and Answers are drafts only. Nothing on the storefront-facing surfaces goes live until a human clicks Publish.

What model does QI use? Is my data used to train it?

QI runs on a mix of frontier models accessed through privacy-respecting APIs. Your reviews and product data are used only to generate outputs for your store. They are not used to train the underlying models and they are not shared between stores.

Will QI replace my support team?

No. QI removes the mechanical work (writing the same reply for the tenth time today, looking up an answer that lives in old reviews) so your team can focus on the conversations that actually move the brand forward.

Can I edit a QI reply or answer before publishing?

Every draft has Edit and Regenerate alongside Publish. The drafts are starting points, not final words.
