What each listing shows, side by side

Loox and Judgeme both carry the Built for Shopify badge and both collect photo and video reviews, so the decision comes down to the free plan limits and what each app puts on its first paid plan. Judgeme lists a free plan with unlimited reviews and an Awesome plan at $15 a month with a 15-day trial. Loox lists a free plan up to 500 orders and a Convert plan at $49.99 a month with a 14-day trial. Quoli is a Shopify product reviews app and is in the table as a third option for stores that want questions, answers and shopper filters without moving up a plan.

Judgeme at $15 a month

Judgeme suits stores that want one low-priced paid plan that covers most of the list. Its listing puts photo and video reviews, automatic review requests, rich snippets, imports (including Etsy and Amazon) and the Shop app on the free plan, then bundles Q&A, review snippets by the buy button, AI summaries, AI reply drafts, Google Shopping ratings, social media push, referrals and 130+ integrations into Awesome at $15 a month.

Its standout strength is breadth per dollar. If you sell on Etsy or Amazon as well as Shopify and want those reviews imported, or you want SMS review requests and referrals from the same vendor, Judgeme is the better fit of the two. Full feature-by-feature detail is on our Judgeme comparison.

Loox at $49.99 a month

Loox suits stores built on photo reviews that want a generous free plan first. Its listing covers up to 500 orders on Free, with photo reviews, automatic requests, rewards for photo and video reviews, review snippets, rich snippets, the Shop app, and reviews published as social posts and stories, all without paying. Convert at $49.99 a month adds video reviews, AI highlights, AI summaries and reply drafts, Google syndication, referrals, and integrations with API and webhooks.

Its standout strength is the visual review flow and the size of that free tier: a store under 500 orders a month gets a lot before the first bill. The trade-off is the jump to $49.99 when you need video or AI. See the Loox comparison for the full grid.

Quoli at $10 a month

Quoli is a Shopify product reviews app, and it suits stores that want questions and answers, review attributes and shopper filters on every plan, including the free forever plan. Free covers 100 monthly orders and review requests, photo reviews, attributes, questions and answers, every storefront widget, QR codes, rich snippets and integrations like Klaviyo and Shopify Flow. Starter at $10 a month adds video reviews, rewards, a branded sender email and white-glove migration.

Its standout strength is what happens after the review lands: UGC Ads turn every published 4 and 5 star review into ready-to-run Square, Portrait and Story creative on Growth and up, Nuggets put one real line next to the buy button, and Checkout Reviews put customer quotes in the Shopify Plus checkout. Quoli does not offer referrals or SMS review requests, which both Judgeme and Loox list.

Where the free plans separate

The free plans of Loox and Judgeme are built on different limits, which is the first thing to check against your order volume.

  • Loox Free is capped by orders: up to 500 a month, with photo reviews, rewards for photo and video reviews, snippets, rich snippets, the Shop app and social posts and stories.
  • Judgeme Free is listed with unlimited reviews, photo and video reviews, automatic requests, imports from Etsy and Amazon and rich snippets, with Q&A and AI held back for Awesome.
  • Quoli Free covers 100 monthly orders and 100 review requests, plus 50 manual requests a month, and includes questions, answers and attribute filters that the other two place on paid plans or do not list.

If you are under 500 orders a month and photo reviews are the whole job, Loox Free goes furthest. If you want video reviews without paying, Judgeme Free is the one that lists them.

Where Loox is the better fit

Loox is the better choice when the review program is a visual one and the budget allows for Convert.

  • You want referrals and AI sorting of photo reviews inside a single paid plan.
  • You want reviews published as social posts and stories, which Loox lists on its free plan.
  • You run under 500 orders a month and want the largest order allowance of the three before paying anything.

Where Quoli does not match Loox: Quoli has no referral program, and its free plan stops at 100 monthly orders rather than 500.

Where Judgeme is the better fit

Judgeme is the better choice when you want the longest feature list for the smallest paid bill.

  • You want AI, Q&A, snippets, Google Shopping ratings and referrals on one $15 a month plan.
  • You sell on Etsy or Amazon and want those reviews imported, which its listing covers on the free plan.
  • You want SMS review requests in the same app as your reviews.
  • You want a long integrations list: Judgeme lists 130+ on Awesome, against 15 in the Quoli admin library.

Where Quoli does not match Judgeme: Quoli offers no SMS requests, no referrals, no Etsy or Amazon imports, and a shorter integrations library.

What to check before you commit to either

Both Loox and Judgeme tie several conversion features to their paid tiers, so price the plan you will actually run, not the free one.

  1. Write down last quarter's average monthly orders. That number decides whether Loox Free (500 orders) or Quoli Free (100 orders) is even in play.
  2. Decide whether video reviews are required at launch. Judgeme lists them on Free, Loox on Convert at $49.99, Quoli on Starter at $10.
  3. Decide whether shoppers need to ask questions on the product page. Judgeme lists Q&A on Awesome, Loox does not list it, Quoli includes Q&A on every plan.
  4. Count your existing reviews and ask who moves them with photos and videos intact. All three list imports; Quoli's team handles the migration on any paid plan.
  5. Run the trial on real orders: 15 days on Judgeme Awesome, 14 on Loox Convert, 14 on any Quoli paid plan.

If an agency or a teammate is making the call with you, send them the brief rather than the app names.

Reviews app decision, Friday. Average monthly orders: ___. Existing reviews to migrate: ___ (with photos and video). Must have on the plan we pay for: video reviews, Q&A on the product page, a review highlight by the buy button, Google Shopping star ratings. Nice to have: referrals, SMS requests, Etsy and Amazon imports. Monthly ceiling: $___. Send back the plan name and price for each app, not the free tier.

Where Quoli fits in the comparison

Quoli is a Shopify product reviews app, rated 4.9 from 43 reviews on the Shopify App Store as of October 2026, with a free forever plan, paid plans from $10 a month and a 14-day trial on every paid plan. It fits the gap between the two: questions, answers and shopper filters on the free plan, a $10 first paid plan with video reviews and rewards, and our team moving your existing reviews on any paid plan.

Beyond collection, Quoli runs six products as one: Reviews, Questions, Attributes, Nuggets, UGC Ads and Quoli Intelligence, the AI that drafts summaries, replies and answers for your team to publish. Shopify Plus stores can put star ratings and customer quotes in the checkout, which Loox does not list.
