Absolutely! You can import reviews, questions, photos and videos from other providers, Amazon and AliExpress into Quoli. To ensure the integrity and authenticity of the content on our platform, all imported reviews undergo a verification process by our team. For a smoother and more efficient import process, we recommend preparing your review data in a spreadsheet saved in the CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format. This format facilitates quicker processing and integration into our platform.
Import process typically takes few seconds, depending on the volume of data being imported. We will notify you if there’s any errors during import or completed.
No limit, you can import unlimited number of reviews and media into Quoli but all of them will go through our manual verification process which usually takes 24-48 hours.
No problem, we have built one-click import flows If you’re migrating from other providers or importing from Amazon and AliExpress. Feel free to send us a message and our support team would love migrate any of your existing reviews to Quoli.
Plans & Billing
When you uninstall Quoli, your subscription will be cancelled, and you will no longer be charged for the app. If you were on a paid plan, your access will stop at the end of your current billing cycle.
When you reach the maximum number of automated review requests you can send, you will be notified via email or in-app notifications and asked to upgrade your current plan.
It’s fully native app, you can pay for monthly and yearly subscriptions directly from your store’s billing methods.
